Neatoolkit is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data when you use our tools.
What We Collect
We do not require registration or login. We do not collect personal information such as names, emails, or phone numbers.
Text Tools (Browser-Only)
The Font Generator and FB Post Formatter run entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers. Everything stays on your device.
Image & Video Tools (Server Processing)
Image compression, background removal, video compression, and video-to-GIF tools upload files to our servers for processing. All files are deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not store, review, or share your files.
YouTube Tools (API Processing)
YouTube subtitle, summary, and translation tools send the video URL to our backend API to fetch and process subtitles. We do not store the video content or subtitles after the response is delivered.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how our tools are used (e.g., page views, tool usage counts). We do not track individual users or use third-party ad networks.
CAPTCHA
YouTube tools use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection after a certain number of uses per day. Turnstile is a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA that does not track users across websites.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for essential functionality (e.g., language preference). We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to third parties.
